Prisca Molotsi is a South African-born professional based in Japan with a long-standing career spanning international business, cultural exchange, media, and education.

She has been actively involved in international environments throughout her career, including experience connected her time spent working at the  United Nations Centre for Regional Development, and global collaboration initiatives. Earlier in her professional career, she worked as a Project Manager at an architectural firm, where she developed strong skills in business coordination, project management, and international communication.

In Japan, Prisca has built a multifaceted career as a professional singer, educator, and media personality. Through her work in music, television, and education, she has contributed to cultural exchange and international understanding between Japan and the global community. 

She is the founder of Prisca School in Nagoya, where she teaches vocal performance and communication through music. Her work focuses on building confidence, communication skills, and intercultural understanding.

As a professional singer and recording artist whose second album was produced by the great South African music legend, Hugh Masekela, Prisca regularly performs in venues across Japan. She also teaches in various universities and a high school in Nagoya, where she shares her knowledge and experience in the United Nations, global affairs, and business-related topics.

Prisca appears regularly on Japanese television programs and regularly participates in media activities that promote cross-cultural awareness. Her public profile has helped introduce international perspectives to Japanese audiences in an accessible and engaging way.

In recognition of her cultural contributions, she was appointed South African Honorary Ambassador of Arts and Culture, (2014-2018), further strengthening her commitment to international collaboration. 

Having lived and worked extensively in both South Africa and Japan, Prisca brings a unique perspective that combines cultural sensitivity with professional experience in international environments.

Through SAJABEN, her vision is to create meaningful and sustainable connections between South Africa and Japan in the fields of business, education, culture, and innovation.

彼女はキャリアを通じて国際的な環境で積極的に活動しており、国連地域開発センターでの勤務経験や、グローバルな協力イニシアチブへの参画などが挙げられます。キャリアの初期には、建築事務所でプロジェクトマネージャーとして勤務し、業務調整、プロジェクト管理、国際的なコミュニケーションにおいて確かなスキルを身につけました。

日本では、プロシンガー、教育者、メディア出演者として多面的な活動を展開しています。音楽、テレビ、教育を通じて、日本と世界をつなぐ文化交流に貢献してきました。

彼女は名古屋にあるプリスカ・スクールの創設者であり、同校でボーカルパフォーマンスや音楽を通じたコミュニケーションを教えています。彼女の活動は、自信の育成、コミュニケーション能力の向上、そして異文化理解の促進に重点を置いています。

プロの歌手でありレコーディング・アーティストとして、2枚目のアルバムは南アフリカの音楽界の巨匠ヒュー・マセケラがプロデュースを手掛けたプリスカは、日本各地の会場で定期的に公演を行っている。また、名古屋の高校や各大学で教鞭を執り、国連や国際情勢、ビジネス関連のトピックについて、自身の知識と経験を伝えている。

プリスカは日本のテレビ番組に定期的に出演しており、異文化理解を促進するメディア活動にも積極的に取り組んでいる。彼女の高い知名度のおかげで、日本の視聴者に国際的な視点を、親しみやすく魅力的な形で紹介することができている。
